Advance Leak Detection specializes in minimally invasive pipe restoration and CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) technology.

  • Mandatory Video Inspection: As a Nu Flow Certified Installer, a professional Sewer Camera Inspection is a prerequisite for all lining projects. This ensures the host pipe is a viable candidate for epoxy-coated lining or UV curing.
  • Service Scope: While we strive to perform work outside of structures for your convenience, specific site conditions may require limited internal access.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent

3. Licensing & Professional Standards

4. Regional Service & Punctuality

We serve the greater Ridgeland/Jackson area and the surrounding multi-state region (AL, TN, LA). While we prioritize promptness, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Heavy regional traffic on the I-55 or I-20 corridors.
  • Extreme Southeast weather conditions impacting safe outdoor operations.
  • Delays in municipal utility marking (811) or regional permit approvals.

5. Financing Disclosure

Financing is provided through Synchrony. All terms, interest rates, and approvals are determined solely by Synchrony and are subject to separate credit agreements. Advance Leak Detection is not a lender and is not responsible for financing denials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for the failure of pipes that were structurally absent or completely collapsed prior to the cleaning and lining phase.
